Starting from the desire to give his son a unique and meaningful gift, Mr. Truong Van Dao, born in 1991 in Tu Son city, Bac Ninh, came up with the idea of making supercars simulating famous car brands in the world entirely from wood. In just 4 years, Mr. Dao has created many famous supercars around the world with wooden materials

Once the owner of a wood workshop, at the end of 2019, he took his son to the park to play, seeing that his son really liked model cars, he came up with the idea of making a "super car" by wood.

"I'm also a car enthusiast. I did not go to school to learn about car engine manufacturing, but I thought I would do it. In early 2020, my colleagues and I started researching supercar models, coming up with ideas, making drawings, and then starting making the first car," Mr. Dao said.

During the process, Mr. Dao recorded videos and posted them on his personal YouTube channel for everyone to watch. He did not expect his videos to be well received and enjoyed by audiences at home and abroad. That was also the motivation for Mr. Dao and his colleagues to continue developing a new direction of creating content about woodworking on YouTube under the brand ND - Woodworking Art.

To create a wooden car model, Mr. Dao and his colleagues need 3 - 5 months, working 8 - 10 hours a day. The engines on the car are often taken from old cars.

These products of his attract a lot of attention from the online community, receiving the attention of many international newspapers and media about cars.
